Picking up our new Clubman Clubman Portrait Clubman S - Front Black Jack A-Panel

On January 3rd, 2011, Jason and I welcomed a new MINI into our family. A 2011 Horizon Blue Cooper Clubman S, complete with hot chocolate ‘lounge leather’ and MINI Connected. We went a little crazy with the configurator while building this MINI, and it was super exciting when the day came to pick it up from the dealership.

Not long after pickup, we were back at the dealer again for our first custom modification! During MINI Takes The States 2010, I was lucky enough to win a Facebook contest that East Bay MINI was hosting as a promotion for the new “MINI Motoring Graphics.” The prize was a free custom vinyl A-Panel. The theme we have been going with on this MINI is the “black jack” union jack design, so we picked that for the A-Panel as well. The print job on the vinyl was somewhat below my quality standards, but it still looks great on the car. Plus, it was free, so I can’t complain too much! ;)

There are still a bunch of modifications we want to make, and we’re looking forward to making them happen!
